Cucumbers are very easily and widely available you can use it in various ways to help keep your body cool and healthy like in salads, sandwiches, smoothies etc.
4.Strawberries: Strawberries are seasonal but are widely available especially during summer time. They are also around 95% water and very good for your skin. They are a rich source of vitamin C and anti-oxidants. So what better than having cold strawberries or a fresh strawberry shake on a hot summer afternoon.
5.Yogurt: Yogurt is great in taste, is filling and keeps your body cool plus it is also very good for people with dehydration. People suffering from dehydration due to diarrhea and vomiting should eat a lot of yogurt and curd. Mix some sugar in your everyday curd and it will help you prevent dehydration. Also the bacteria and yeast present in yogurt also helps your body fight against infections and various digestive problems.
